The supporters branch of LFC approached us to completely automate their membership and ticket ordering process, as well as put in place an online payment system that integrates with their website.

The branch has been running for over 15 years and grew from a small band of 15-20 enthusiastic supporters of the famous club from Merseyside to a 350 membership club which was totally run by a team of volunteers.

Prior to implementing the automated system everything was processed on pencil and clipboard. Payments were through cheques being posted.  As you imagine it not only took a lot of time to organise the members and a lot of late nights to process member requests for match day tickets.

The supporters branch now has a fully automated web application.  Members can sign-up online, make the payment the payment online and through their secure dashboard can request and pay for tickets online.

The volunteers can sit back and let the system process the new members, the match day manager can easily allocate tickets to matches. All payments are now taken online, securely and speedily!
